Who is The Senior Experience?
Becky & Robert formed “THE SENIOR EXPERIENCE” because of their uniquely separate and yet unified career/experience path. We have developed a team with the same moral compass having over 20 years’ experience in the healthcare industry as a provider or patient. Our band width covers areas such as direct caregiving, med passing, EMT work, IT support, marketing, and sales. We identified the need to provide Seniors with not only access to healthcare tools/services, but also knowledge on how to optimize what is available and required to manage their own educated decisions through the aging process. Our goal is that Seniors become empowered and strengthened with more knowledge, confidence and awareness about their healthcare.

Hello! I’m Becky Davis
My Approach & Values
Becky grew up in Wisconsin and has been close to her grandparents since childhood. She has been in Houston almost 10 years and has been remotely navigating her 90-year-old grandmother’s Alzheimer’s diagnosis. Growing up she enjoyed spending time with senior adults and started her career path in caregiving/med passing at a Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) while she attended college. She developed a passion for the medical field with a focus on seniors and their families. Over the past 20 years, Becky’s passion for helping people and making valuable connections has become the foundation of what has become “The Senior Experience”. Her strong faith has guided her to the necessary work of assisting the senior generation and their families in the world of healthcare.
Becky enjoys spending time with her kids, being active in their sports and different activities. She is passionate about helping people and raising her children to be respectful, kind individuals. During Hurricane Harvey (2017), Becky spent weeks assisting hundreds of people with water evacuations (specifically senior living communities) house demolitions and feeding those in need. She also took a dedicated interest in the senior population and their families during the Covid pandemic in 2020.

Hello! I’m Robert Goady
My Approach & Values
Recently Robert was a patient of the Medicare system and went through a debilitating wound care illness in both legs. He experienced the ignorance of being in a hospital, Skill Nursing Facility, Home Healthcare & Physical Therapy support firsthand. He has developed an urgent passion to assist, educate and guide Seniors through the maze of the Healthcare alternatives/options unconsciously missed by many today.
His experience has developed Engineering/Operational/Sales empowerment and leadership across numerous platforms. He recognizes the need for pain free, ignorant free zone for Seniors to gather knowledge surrounding what is available, what should be asked and what alternatives are available.
